To provide coaching and peer-support services, including scheduling and session preparation
To communicate with you about appointments, billing, and your account
To process payments for sessions and programs

3. How We Store & Protect Your Information

Your information is stored using our client management platform (Practice Better), which provides secure, access-controlled storage. We limit access to your information to staff who need it to provide services to you. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Limits of Confidentiality

We may be required to share information, even without your permission, if:

There is a risk of serious harm to yourself or another person
We suspect abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or vulnerable adult
Required by a valid court order or by law

Because B4R provides coaching and peer-support (not licensed clinical therapy), communications are not protected by therapist-client privilege or HIPAA in the same manner as licensed clinical care.

We use trusted third-party platforms to operate our business, including:

Practice Better -- client portal, scheduling, intake forms, billing, and secure messaging
Stripe -- payment processing
Squarespace -- website hosting

Each of these providers has their own privacy policies governing how they handle data on their platforms.

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
You may request corrections to inaccurate information
You may request that we delete your information, subject to any legal or recordkeeping requirements
