Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 14, 2026

1. Session Cancellations

Clients may reschedule or cancel a session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.
To cancel or reschedule, use your client portal or email connect@breathing4areason.live.

2. No-Shows

If you do not attend a scheduled session within 15 minutes of the scheduled time and do not provide advance notice, the session will be considered a no-show and charged in full. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to pre-pay for future sessions.

3. Refunds for Individual Sessions

Sessions that have already taken place are non-refundable.
If a session is cancelled by B4R (for example, due to illness or an emergency on our end), you will be offered a full refund or a free rescheduled session, your choice.
Refund requests for prepaid sessions not yet used may be submitted by emailing connect@breathing4areason.live and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Course & Program Enrollment (e.g., "Live to Be Alive")

Before the course begins: full refund if you withdraw at least 48 hours before your start date.
First-week grace window: refund available before Week 2 begins, less a $50 administrative fee.
After Week 2 begins: tuition is non-refundable, as materials and your place in the cohort are reserved.
If B4R cancels or discontinues a course before completion, enrolled clients will receive a full or prorated refund based on content delivered.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email connect@breathing4areason.live with your name, the service or course purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6. Changes to This Policy

B4R may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your booking or purchase will apply.
