Some conversations don't come
with a script. We wrote you one.

Three specialized services for the moments families don't get a rehearsal for — built as a 3-day core intensive plus four weekly sessions to help you carry what comes after. Hallelujah anyway.

For the ones carrying words they haven't said out loud yet

When You Have to Tell Them

Telling family about a terminal or serious diagnosis — before the room, in the room, and in the long after.

3-Day Core + 4 Weekly Sessions · 7 touchpoints
$697 total $197 deposit today · $250 in 14 days · $250 in 28 days
Day 1

Before the Room

Naming your own fear and grief first. Deciding who to tell, in what order, and why that order matters. Scripting only the parts you can control.

Grounding breath practice + write your own "first sentence." Close: "Hallelujah Anyway."
Day 2

In the Room

How to hold space while delivering the news. Language to use and avoid. Handling shock, denial, anger, and silence in real time.

Role-play the conversation. Close: a scripted line for when words run out.
Day 3

The Morning After

What to do with yourself once the words are out. Replenishing your own body and spirit in the first 72 hours.

Personal care plan for 3 days. Close: identify one person who checks on you.
Wk 2

When They Don't React the Way You Expected

Managing other people's grief, anger, or denial without absorbing it as your failure.

Boundary script practice. Close: "Their reaction is not your assignment."
Wk 2

Telling the Children

Age-appropriate language. Framing illness as an ongoing conversation, not a single event.

Build a simple, honest script by age group. Close: permission to not have all the answers.
Wk 3

Where Was God in the Room

Faith processing — doubt, anger at God, the theology of hard news.

Guided lament + reframe. Close: "Plan B Is Holy."
Wk 4

Building Your Circle

Identifying who carries this with you for the long haul, not just the announcement.

Name 3 people, 1 ask each. Closing ritual + breath practice.
For adult children watching a parent change

When a Parent Becomes Someone New

Illness, identity shift, recovery, or a major life transition — grieving who they were while loving who they are.

3-Day Core + 4 Weekly Sessions · 7 touchpoints
$697 total $197 deposit today · $250 in 14 days · $250 in 28 days
Day 1

Naming What Changed

Recognizing the shift. Permission to grieve someone who is still alive.

Write what you miss + what's still here. Close: "Hallelujah Anyway."
Day 2

Saying It Out Loud

Finding language to describe the change to others without over-explaining or apologizing for it.

Draft your one-sentence explanation. Close: practice saying it once, out loud.
Day 3

Loving Both Versions

Holding grief for who they were and love for who they are now, at the same time.

"Both/and" journaling exercise. Close: a blessing for the parent as they are today.
Wk 2

Role Reversal

When you become the caregiver, decision-maker, or protector.

Map new responsibilities vs. old ones you can release. Close: one boundary named aloud.
Wk 2

Setting the New Boundaries

What you can carry and what you cannot, without guilt.

Boundary script practice. Close: "No is a complete sentence, even in love."
Wk 3

Faith That Holds Both

Reconciling grief and gratitude as one act of faith, not opposing feelings.

Guided reflection. Close: "Hallelujah Anyway."
Wk 4

Rewriting the Relationship

Closing ritual — what this relationship looks like now, on its own terms.

Letter-writing practice (send or keep). Closing affirmation.

EXPERIENCE A SESSION

What Does Specialized Support Feel Like?

A glimpse inside one of the guided experiences created to help you slow down, name what has changed, and begin making room for what comes next.

You don't have to arrive with the right words. You simply have to be willing to tell the truth about where you are.

We Begin With a Breath

Before we solve anything, we pause. Take a slow breath in. And release. There is no pressure to have everything figured out. This is a space to slow down and be present with what you're carrying.

Then We Name It

Together, we explore the difference between what you expected and what you're experiencing now. We make room for the emotions, questions, disappointments, hopes, and changes that come with living through an unexpected transition.

Guided Reflection

"What did you think your life would look like?"

"What changed?"

"What are you grieving?"

"What are you still holding onto?"

"What do you need permission to release?"

We Begin Building Something New

The goal isn't to pretend that the unexpected transition was always the plan. It's to recognize that your life can still have meaning, connection, and purpose even when it looks different than you imagined.

Closing Affirmation

Plan B Is Holy.

Your story does not have to follow the original plan to have purpose. Take a breath. You are still here. And there is still something beautiful being built.

You Leave With Something to Carry

Before the experience ends, you'll identify one thing you're willing to carry with you into the week: one truth, one boundary, one request for help, or simply one breath.

Your Story Deserves Room to Breathe.

This is only a glimpse. Your specialized support experience is shaped around your story, your circumstances, and the transition you're navigating.
